Here is the  interesting TYRA-X^®-History:
 
Dr. Hadorn experiments in his garden pavilion, that has served for years as a laboratory. Today the decisive breakthrough has arrived. Since many months, actually since years Dr. Hadorn has worked here in Biel, in Northern Switzerland to create a new pesticide. All alone, he has challenged any flying, creeping, biting and sucking insect. Fighting against parasites with environmentally friendly and degradable means, such as ants, flies, fleas, house dust mites, cockroaches, lice, moths, silver fishes, spiders, bugs, wasps, ticks, brakes and mites... That is his goal !

Times have changed, parasites have a strong lobby. The environment thought has prevailed. Meanwhile the governments in many countries are represented by red-green parties. Most of these parties have integrated the environment thought as their central statement. It was Dr. Hadorn's goal to developing a product against unannounced creepers, that corresponds just to that new environment thought.

Previously many products contained "nerve gases", sometimes in life-threatening and dangerous concentrations ! Human and animals alike suffered from health problems. No dog should be injured or quite killed anymore, if it comes to the mean cockroach. Dr. Hadorn worked long with Ciba-Geigi - a giant among the chemistry industry - not always having a happy hand. Perhaps he was not able to prevail with his idea, perhaps he simply wanted his individual challenge only !

It took Dr. Hadorn three years for the development. However, supported by his doctoral candidates he managed the breakthrough in the year 1996. A product was born, fragrantly on pure nature basis and harmlessly for humans and other mammals. Carefully he brought it on the market, while setting up his own distribution network. A pharmacy in Biel was one of its best clients.

Two years later Hans-Jürgen Lenk visited this pharmacy, to find some tablets against headache. Observing the pharmacy's shelves his view remained concentrated on a light green package. It is TYRAX ! For years Hans-Jürgen managed a cleaning company. Especially large kitchens were his main clientele and right in their kitchens the cleaning problem got stuck. Sooner or later any kind of parasite will reach the sensitive areas of a kitchen. This is the place where nourishment meets with insect fight and here the alternatives become narrow, without the right product.
Again and again in the past Hans-Jürgen thought about a solid solution. Here and now he found it !

Until then Dr. Hadorn - meanwhile passed the 60's - had developed, produced and distributed the product all by himself. When Hans-Jürgen Lenk met him, both men were quickly and solid united. Dr. Hadorn was facing his retirement and Hans-Jürgen wanted to give it a try once again. With the notary's fixation of his official signature, the composition, the marketing rights and the name TYRAX^® was withdrawn. Hans-Jürgen never registered a patent, for that would mean the surrender of the composition. It was however the start of a success story.

Interview with Hans Jürgen Lenk:

Hans Jürgen, why do you want to introduce this product to Thailand? Why actually Thailand?
What ever is officially allowed in Germany, can be only good for Thailand as well. The environmental awareness in Thailand develops more and more, but under the present worldwide radical conditions I believe - not fast enough. I want to do  my contribution to the worldwide change of value. 6 months per year I live in Thailand and I  recognize more and more the mentality of the Thai people. I simply believe that Thais pay attention to their  health,  and above all, to the health of their children, just as we do at home.

Is this product also supposed to be produced here in Thailand?
Yes, at some time in the near future. It will become a Thai-German product. At the moment, we bottle the products locally. However, at this moment we  cannot make the formula of content available to everyone, at least not yet at this moment.

Where is the market? There are many products here, partially even very cheap ones.
Yes, "cheap" is the correct expression ! Many of these products contain the nerve poison DEET as a component, which was prohibited and banned from the European market a long time ago. DEET is not degradable ! It goes rapidly back into the food chain and thereby into the vital circulation. As a consequence a gradually poisoning takes place. Another subject is CFC in spray bottles. In Western countries already long on the launching list, here not much did happen yet. Who wants to buy a product today, that is  demonstrably injurious?

You're selling a parasite fighting product. Is that in Thailand generally necessary?
If not here, where otherwise ? Anyone who knows Thailand, knows around the problem of hygiene. Whether street kitchen or star-restaurant.
